zd77 Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between zd77 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who uses its website and services ("User", "you"). By accessing the zd77 website, creating an account, or using any of the services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply. These documents must be read together.

1 Eligibility & Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

zd77 services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. If it is later proven that a user was underage, their account will be closed immediately and deposited funds will be returned — however, any bonuses or winnings earned during that period will not apply.

1.2 One Account Rule

Each person may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, banking details, or residential address is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

1.3 Providing Accurate Information

Providing completely accurate information at the time of registration is mandatory. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Please notify support immediately if any of your account details change.

1.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) fully confidential. zd77 will not be liable for any unauthorised access to your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support immediately.

2 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zd77 currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
• Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank

2.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. Once a deposit is successfully processed, it is generally reflected in the account instantly.

2.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal:

• Full account verification must be completed.
• The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be fulfilled.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your name.

2.4 Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not supported.

3 Bonuses & Promotions

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), applied only to the bonus amount — not the deposit. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal. The bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

3.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; if the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise stated in the specific terms.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt to meet bonus requirements through strategic betting is detected, the bonus may be cancelled.
• zd77 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

4 VIP Program

zd77's VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to higher tiers by playing regularly and staying active on the platform.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

5 Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using zd77's services:

• Conducting fraudulent, illegal, or misleading activities.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other artificial means to place bets or play.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other users or exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's funds or payment account.

If such activities are detected, zd77 reserves the right to suspend or close the account or forfeit the balance, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

6 Game & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). zd77 ensures fair play and no results are predetermined or manipulated.

6.2 Bet Cancellation & Disputes

If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, zd77 reserves the right to return the bet amount to the user's account. If you have a dispute regarding a result, please contact support — we will review any dispute within 7 days.

6.3 Sports Betting

Each bet in the sports betting section is subject to its own rules. If an event is cancelled or postponed, it will be reconsidered in accordance with the relevant betting rules.

7 Responsible Gaming

zd77 believes in responsible gambling. We encourage all our users to be aware of the following:

• Only play with money you can afford to lose.
• Treat gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income.
• Set deposit and loss limits for yourself.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure at User Request

Any user may close their account at any time. Before closing, please ensure there are no active wagering requirements on your account and that any withdrawable balance has been withdrawn.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by zd77

zd77 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Detection of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Failure to verify the account or provision of false information.
• Prolonged inactivity.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

9 Intellectual Property

The zd77 website, brand, logo, content, software, and design are entirely owned by zd77. Copying, redistributing, or using these materials for commercial purposes without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

The content and brands of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) are owned by their respective owners and are used under the relevant licensing agreements.

10 Limitation of Liability

zd77 will not be liable for:

• Any loss caused by internet connectivity issues or faults with your device.
• Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Any unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) beyond our control.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials.

In any circumstance, zd77's total liability is limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the applicable law. Any dispute will first be addressed through mutual discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, it will be settled through the appropriate authority.

To resolve a dispute, please contact our support team first — we are always committed to finding a fair resolution to your issue.

14 Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Guidelines together form the complete agreement between zd77 and the user and replace all previous oral or written agreements.

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. Waiving a provision does not constitute a promise to waive that provision or any other provision in the future.
